In 2005, Michael Starkman, aka “Moshe”, developed a “Simulated Human-Search Engine” for a technology firm in Washington, DC. (It simulated human search characteristics to bypass “captcha” blocks and automated-bot restrictions.) They ended up calling it the “Moshe Database” and subsequently, several other systems that were developed by Mr. Starkman became known by his friends and colleagues as Moshe Technologies.

In September 2007, Michael founded Moshe Technologies, LLC; a web-focused software development firm that specializes in Microsoft technologies with an emphasis on web tools and social-networking media.

Since our inception, we have developed high-end solutions for clients in over half a dozen states and have completed our independent development of a state-of-the-art social media platform that will redefine the standards of a “basic website.”
